These group sessions are continuously moving groups of varying intensities. We meet at a particular location in the suburb, use the walking portion (as our rest and we don’t stop but use interval activities whilst moving around the area so you don’t have time to get bored and there’s a 45 minutes maximum, sometimes less depending how fast we go, so you are in and out in a flash! These groups are broken down into the following types:
Walk, Stretch, Strength: a low intensity group for beginners and seniors, walking, stretching and strength exercises. This is suited to seniors, beginners, or people returning to exercise from injury, illness, pre and post natal.
Walk, Jog, Move: for beginner to intermediates, a slightly more elevated group with jogging intervals in between walks and functional exercises, this is a great way to increase cardiovascular health.
Walk, Run, Move: for intermediates with intervals of sprints, longer periods of jogging/running and intense strength challenges to time.
Walk, Play, Move: for Parents and Kids together after school fitness activities. A great way for mums n dads and kids to all get some outdoor activity and fitness into their day. This is a follow the leader type training. Walking, jogging, partnered exercises and play time. (Parent/Child Pair $12)
Cost $12 per class or book 4 and receive a 10% discount.
Bring a hat, towel, water and remember to wear sunscreen!
You can also book in a private group session for you and your friends at a time and location convenient to you, or if you are a couple or family, you are also welcome to book in.
