These are the types of group training sessions on offer:
Walk, Stretch, Strength: a low intensity group for beginners and seniors, walking, stretching and strength exercises. This is suited to seniors, beginners, or people returning to exercise from injury, illness, pre and post natal.
Walk, Jog, Move: for beginner to intermediates, a slightly more elevated group with jogging intervals in between walks and functional exercises, this is a great way to increase cardiovascular health.
Walk, Run, Move: for intermediates with intervals of sprints, longer periods of jogging/running and intense strength challenges to time.
Cost $12 per class.
Bring a hat, towel, water and remember to wear sunscreen!
