If you don’t see a location that is suitable to you and you have a group of 3-4 people interested, please e-mail us with your preferred location and timep.
Pricing:
$20 each to be bought in blocks of 4 (this increases your commitment!) Buy in blocks of 4 ($60) these sessions are non-­refundable, but can be used at any location and must be used within the above period. If you want to try one session prior to booking your block, you can purchase one session for $20. All sessions must be booked in and paid for 24 hours prior to the class.  Running classes $10 for 30 mins, sprint & strength classes $10.  Yoga sessions $18 per class but any 6-week course requires full pre-payment of $108.

How to book:
1. Fill in the form on the bookings page.
2. Download these 3 forms – Form 1, Form 2, Form 3
3. You can also ask any questions on these forms.
4. You will be sent an e-mail with a link to paypal, credit cards accepted.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are required within 2 hour of the session you are booked into attend by SMS to 0431 209 376 to enable the trainer to re-­plan. Cancellations within an hour of the session cannot be reclaimed for use another time or refunded.

***All classes are run subject to their being a minimum of 3 participants and you will receive a credit or full refund of the session if it does not run. The classes will run if there is light rain or drizzle, however, if the conditions are deemed to be dangerous or too hot then the trainer will contact you as soon as possible to advise you if the session will be canceled.

Any group training session canceled by the trainer will be credited to any future session of your choice.
