I am Angie, a director of Create Health & Fitness. I qualified as a personal trainer in 2007 after enjoying various types of exercise and a real passion for the promotion of health. My personal training locations are Mt Hawthorn, Mt Lawley and surrounding areas of North Perth, however, our trainers service areas surrounding Perth and Joondalup.

I am currently studying a Health Science Degree in Nutritional Medicine and a Diploma in Fitness so I can provide more advanced fitness training with rehabilitation principles and nutritional information. I have gained considerable practical experience at the UWA functional rehabilitation gym as well as in private physiotherapist clinics.

I believe in exercise for every-body, in that everyone can exercise, they might just need a little bit of help. I live and breathe exercise and health every day and am very keen on assisting others to feel the same way! I train with a different type of client every day, with different needs and focus, this is what makes being a personal trainer really interesting and motivational. Seeing clients’ reach their goals and assisting them in the journey is very fulfilling.

As well as personal training I co-own a family law firm in Perth so like most people these days, life does get a bit busy, but with regular exercise and a healthy diet, luckily things don’t get too stressful. make a booking

Cole Unasa is an accredited Personal Trainer, with over 10 years experience in athletics and rugby.

Playing rugby since the age of 4, Cole has experience in all aspects at club, state and national level and currently plays 1st grade Premier Rugby in WA, for defending champions Nedlands RUFC. During the off-season Cole competes in athletics (100m, 200m, Long Jump) with North Beach Athletics.

Becoming Victorious in the inaugural Perth 120m Gift and also 2011 - 4x100m Open state champions. Cole has his sights set on competing at the most renowned footrace in Australia known as The Australia Post – Stawell Gift.

To keep fit Cole is a firm believer of ‘Healthy body, healthy mind & practice what you preach’, he enjoys Boxing, Touch Rugby Wrestling and is also an avid Cross-fitter. Cole is studying Sport and Exercise Science to keep moving forward within the industry. Book a training session with Cole

Nicola is a certificated fitness instructor and sports masseuse and has completed her Certificate 3 in Gym Instruction, Certificate 4 in Personal Training along with her certificates in massage (sports and trigger point) with the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Nicola’s background comes from many years’ experience in training, teaching and customer service through industries such as Hospitality and Martial Arts.

Louise is our Healthy Eating Consultant who makes healthy eating fun, easy to do and simple to apply to real life. She works with individuals, athletes and families every step of the way to create a healthy eating plan that will dramatically increase energy, motivation and immune system.

The Food-Fit Programme

Louise is mobile and comes to you so you don't have to leave the comfort of your own home. She will do a full review of your current diet, pantry, fridge and food shopping list so you can see exactly where you are at in relation to health. Louise works with you to set realistic and achievable healthy eating goals and shows you what foods will give you energy, stamina, motivation and reduce sickness.

Louise also works with you to incorporate these foods into your diet by creating a healthy eating plan and helps you put together meals that are tasty and easy to make. She will work with you ever step of the way to help you achieve your desired outcome. Louise also offers food shopping and cooking sessions.
